1. Weaving Fabric: The yarn are weaving by weaving machine, which can produce 300KG every day .the fabric will make to roll during weaving , then cut down when reach about 23KG for each roll.

2. Fabric Rolling Before Dyeing: The fabric will collect and transport to dyeing workshops by truck to prepare for dyeing.

3. Fabric Dyeing: The fabric roll will cut and the fabric are splitted first, then put into dyeing vat for about 10 hours ,after that the fabric will dryer and adjust the fabric width according to request.

4. Finish Dyeing: After dyeing, the roll fabric with different color will transport back to towel factory warehouse, waiting to cutting by machine.

5. Cutting: The fabric will put on big size tables one layer by one layer,then cut into different size by cutting machine according to customer request, like 30*30 Cm 35*75 Cm ,70*140 cm or different shape fabric.

6. Sewing: According to different towel edge sewing request , like overlock edge, binding edge, hemming edge, the worker sew edge on the towel.

7. Emballage: Quality inspection and packaging, every process ensures product quality. the shipping mark will also be stick or print on carton.

8. Loading: The shipping date will be confirmed before or after packing ,waiting the container to arrive factory to load according shipping company inform.
